Kenneth Hanson Jr. is a pastor, chaplain, and educator. Pastor Ken became a licensed minister with the Church of God denomination in Cleveland, Tennessee, in 2018 and later became an ordained minister in 2019. In January of 2022, he became the lead pastor of Word of Life International Church of God.

Pastor Ken believes that we can live out our faith as real people in the real world by being obedient to the word of God, having a community of believers that holds one another accountable, and depending every day on God’s rich grace. By this, he believes we will live authentic lives as children of God despite the changing world around us while still being compassionate and practical to those in need.

He desires to see people, multi-generational and multi-cultural, come to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, experience the redemptive and sustaining Grace of God, and discover their gifts and unique abilities to become more in Christ. Pastor Ken lives in the metro Atlanta area with his beautiful wife, Lady Nicole, and their two sons, Jeremiah and Justin.
