Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ. I am a sinner and repent of my sins. Please forgive me. I now accept your son Jesus Christ as my lord and savior. I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins and rose from the dead victoriously. I choose today to trust and follow you as my Lord and savior. Thank you for receiving me by faith as your child and born again into your family and Kingdom in Jesus name. Amen.
